Shipping and tracking

Once we transfer your purchase to our courier, we will send you an E-mail with details about the courier company website, tracking and date of delivery. We deliver basically through DHL. Please make sure the address provided is correct. The customer will take in charge any extra fee imposed by the courier company due to an incorrect shipping address.

 

Delay

If your delivery will be delayed for any reason in some special cases, we will inform you by email. Shipping Delay International shipping normally takes from 3 to 15 business days.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item please email us on meriem.idrissi1@gmail.com to request an exchange or return in 1 week starting from the day you received it.Your email should include a photo of the product  and photo of its package and a description of the issue.After approval from our side, you can ship the product back to N 6 Etage 1 GH7 A 83 El Baraka Hay hassani, Casablanca You will receive a refund or exchange once we get the product back.You could not return gifts or discounted products or any products which have been customised in accordance with your requests.Customer pays shipping fees.Due to our production process: handmade by artisans and artists, you may notice slight differences between the items; which give them a unique touch.
